Mindfulness is a mental process achieved by focusing our awareness on the present moment. Yesterday has gone, tomorrow hasn’t arrived and all that is real is this present moment.

There is published scientific evidence stating that a regular mindfulness practice, including mindfulness meditations  can asssist with – Stress reduction – greater resilience – improved concentration – improved health & wellbeing – improved sleep.

The mountain meditation is a very gentle 16 minute meditation.
