“This was my first ever sound meditation and I loved it!!! I felt so calm and nurtured, being able to properly relax and let go. Thank you Louise for such a fabulous introduction, I can’t wait to go again”. A.R. Radford Semele

RELAX – RELEASE – REBALANCE

“I really enjoyed your sound meditation session Louise! The whole experience was relaxing and calming and I felt thoroughly chilled afterwards. I would recommend your class unreservedly.” L.S. Rugby

My Sound / Meditation classes focus on health and wellness through stress reduction and self-reflection. This helps to calm your mind, slow your pulse, release muscular tension, and create a clear, focused state of mind.

What is a Sound / Meditation Class?

A sound/meditation class is also known as a sound bath or gong bath. The session begins as soon as you enter with music tuned to 432hz (healing frequency) while you settle down. When everyone is settled a gentle guided meditation will then help you relax, leaving you open to receiving the healing frequencies of the various sound instruments that follow. There will be a few minutes of silence before the session draws to a close, and you will be gently guided back into full awareness with a grounding meditation.

Come on your own or bring a friend.

“This was the most amazing experience. I felt all the anxieties of the day released and felt safe and super relaxed in the atmosphere you created. You have such a calming voice that enabled me to trust implicitly what you were about to do. The gongs really resonated inside and helped to release stuck energy within me. Loved it and will be back for more”. C.H. Leamington Spa

Experience a combination of meditation practices and healing sound waves. This 60 minutes of bliss can potentially release any stress and tension in your body and soothe your busy mind.

“I was so lucky to be at Louise’s sound bath last night. Having attended many sound meditation classes I want to say a massive thank you Louise, it was the best one I have ever attended. I would like to record every sound and play them each night before bed to fall asleep. It was awesome.”

Having a long soak in a warm bubble bath is always relaxing, but you can also immerse yourself in the healing vibration of sound. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are bathed in sound waves. Various sound healing instruments are used including quartz crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, shruti box, rain stick, and new sounds are regularly being introduced.

“The sound bath delivered a wonderful sense of lightness and release. Louise created transitions between gentle sounds and loud sounds so I felt the changes in my body. Really excellent.”
W.B. Warwick

We resonate with sound. Every cell in our body is vibrating at various frequencies. Sound can potentially restore our vibration bringing us back into balance.

Potential Benefits of Sound / Meditation Baths:

  • Reduces stress levels.
  • Brings profound relaxation.
  • Lowers blood pressure.
  • Balances emotions.
  • Strengthens the immune system.
  • Rebalances chakras.
  • Unblocks and energises the subtle energy field.
  • Helps decrease or remove physical pain.
  • Calms the anxious and chattering mind.
  • Helps to cleanse the body of toxins.
  • Strengthens the body’s ability to heal itself.
  • Improves sleep

Relaxation is perhaps the most important key to health and well-being. When we are completely relaxed, we tune into the parasympathetic state and our own natural healing mechanism is then much more active.

When the sound of the singing bowls started I found it very relaxing and one of the bowls was vibrating at the same rate as my heart chakra, and I could feel my heart chakra starting to open, it was a lovely feeling. There was such a lovely variety of sounds and I did wonder how some of them were being made, having the eye pillows on and not being able to see added to the experience and made it more enjoyable. I found this so relaxing I will definitely do it again. Thank you Louise”. x

When our phones and tablets run out of energy, we plug them in and recharge them but we need recharging too. How many of us are running on empty?
