Welcome to my 7 Day Tap-A-Long EFT Challenge!
As we become more physically distant to each other – the isolation of the coronavirus lockdown could have a massive impact on our mental health and wellbeing. In order to support people through this difficult time, I have created a FREE seven day Tap-A-Long Challenge. This challenge includes: Tapping Therapy (EFT) – Mindfulness – Visualisation & Positive Affirmations. (All evidence-based self-help tools)
Tap-A-Long each day to a different topic. This will help you reduce your anxiety levels and help you feel more grounded, more level headed and more able to deal with whatever challenges you face. (Ideally, the best time to follow this challenge is in the evening).

Day 1 – Coping With Isolation – Our lives have changed so quickly and we haven’t had time to process what’s happened. Tap along with me and feel the benefit of this incredible tapping technique.
Day 2 – Reducing Anxiety – We all experience anxiety from time to time but when it becomes overwhelming it can make us feel out of control. Reduce your anxiety levels and take back control by tapping along with me on this video.
Day 3 – A Better Night’s Sleep – Tap along to this video and prepare your mind and body for a good nights sleep. When we experience good quality sleep, we can deal with anything.
Day 4 – Health and Wellbeing – Your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and the images that you form in your mind influence how your body works. Allow your thoughts, emotions and images in your mind to affect your body in a positive way by tapping along to this video.
Day 5 – Relaxation – Relaxation is perhaps the most important key to health and well-being. When we are completely relaxed, our own natural healing mechanism is more active. The benefits of relaxation include reduced stress levels, strengthened immune system, lower heart rates, lower blood pressure and it helps to overcome anxiety and depression.
Day 6 – Gratitude – Practising gratitude improves our physical and mental wellbeing. It gives us a feeling of happiness that comes from appreciation and It makes us nicer, more trusting, more loving, and it just makes the world a nicer place!
Day 7 – Thriving in Lockdown – We don’t have to just survive in lockdown when we can choose to thrive. Tap along with me and change perspectives. Look for new opportunities. See the positives. Allow lockdown to bring out the best in you. Happy Tapping!
